Change processes: Major traps



  • Lack of top management commitment

  • Underestimation of the “Not Invented Here” syndrome
  • Late involvement of key implementers
  • Underestimation of changes in informal power structure

Adopter Categories



There are five (5) categories of adopters: innovators, early adopters, early majority, late majority, and resisters (or "laggards" as Rogers calls them).
